The busiest high-speed rail line in the world. On clear days, Mount Fuji appears to the left between Shin-Fuji and Mishima โ€” a 7-minute window that has launched a thousand camera phones. The Hikari stops at more stations but costs the same with JR Pass. The Nozomi is 22 minutes faster but not covered by JR Pass.
